The PPL business plan allows for a phased increase in teams comprising of further Operatives supported by Apprentices, who will in turn become the team leaders of tomorrow.
John oversees all day to day activities of the business. From his current involvement largely in physical operations, John will shortly transition more to a general management role, covering estimating, and focusing on client management.
James, currently working alongside John, will transition over the coming months to become Operations Director, in a Supervisory role, overseeing training and checking quality of work carried out by the new ﬁeld team
David has joined Proteger as a Non-Executive Director. His expertise will be employed in matters of general management, business strategy, in marketing and in systems development given many years experience of building ﬁeld based teams.
Rick is the latest recruit, heading up the new PPL Maintenance Team, bringing years of experience in property maintenance and building work.
